Refunds and refills

Our refund and refill posture is simple and written down so you are never guessing. It applies to every paid order on Buy Instagram Followers.

Refill

If a delivered service drops below the level you paid for within the service window, message Iggy with your order ID and we will refill it at no cost where the provider allows.

Refund

• Not started: if an order has not started within a reasonable window, you can request a full refund.
• Partial: if only part is delivered and cannot be completed, we refund the undelivered portion.
• Wrong link: if you gave the wrong link before start, tell us quickly and we will try to stop and refund.

How to claim

Open chat, share your order ID, and say refill or refund. Iggy will check status and process it per this policy. Refunds go back to the same UPI where possible.
