Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Buy Instagram Followers (buyinstagramfollowers.in), part of the SMM Network. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Services

We supply social media growth services (followers, views, likes, and similar) fulfilled through our provider pipeline. We do not guarantee specific ranking or revenue outcomes.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in INR. Payment is by UPI. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and the request is queued. You must supply a valid link or username in the format we request.

3. Delivery

Delivery starts per the service window. Some services are gradual to protect account safety. Delays from platform-side changes are outside our control but we will keep you updated via support.

4. Refunds and refills

See our Refunds and Refills policy. In short: if a paid service is not delivered or drops below the stated level, we refill or refund as described there.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies at the time of your order.
